Can you attach a screenshot of the console?
Your assigned tickets on the left, and a ticket’s description, status and comments on the right.

Just the tickets you care about.

JiraDesk is 100% native, no web view. It shows every unresolved ticket assigned to you, newest first, and lets you move them along without opening a browser.

Assigned to you

Every unresolved ticket assigned to you, sorted by most recently updated.
